What if I'm already using a different system? Do I have to buy new devices again?

It depends on what devices you're currently using. We support many different brands, so please, drop us an email at sales@fleetlog.com.au and we we'll find a solution.

I live in a remote area. How's the coverage?

Fleetlog devices use plain GSM network to transfer data to our server. As you know, there is no GSM coverage in some areas. However, our devices have built-in memory. Because of that, even if you spend a few weeks driving in an area that has no GSM coverage, everything will be saved and then, once your device gets a signal, it's going to send it.

Which mobile operator do you use?

We use different Austalian mobile operators, but mostly it's Optus.

How does the subscription work?

With Fleetlog, unlike some other vehicle tracking services, you own the devices that are installed in your cars, the subscription only covers the tracking itself. That means that if you just need to track some vehicles seasonally, you'll only pay for what you use. Please contact us for further information.

Can I try Fleetlog before purchasing?

Of course! Register and you can have a look on the system and its features before paying anything. If you are already using a supported GPS tracking device with another system and would like to give us a try, just contact us and we'll help you to set up a free trial.
